Article I- Name

The name of this Private Membership Association shall be Khadijah Motivates Private Membership Association( “the Association")

Article II-Purpose

The purpose of this Association is to operate as a private, faith-based community providing spiritual guidance, mindset development, motivational coaching, educational workshops, and empowerment services rooted in Quranic/Biblical values, personal growth principles, and mutual respect.

Article III-Nature of the Association

1. The      Association is a private, faith-based, not-for-public, unincorporated      association of natural persons.
2. The      Association is formed for the benefit and protection of it's members,      operating 8under First Amendment protections of freedom of speech,      religion, and association.
3. The      Association's activities are not subject to state or federal oversight      applicable commerce, medical practice, or psychological treatment, as it      does not provide licensed therapy or clinical services.

Article IV- Membership

1. Membership      is by invitation or request and approval.
2. All      members must sign a Membership Agreement acknowledging the private nature      of the Association and waiving any claim to public protections or expectations      under state-regulated therapy or healthcare.
3. Members      agree to uphold the values of faith, respect, growth, and confidentiality.

Article V- Services

The Association may offer:

· One-on-one motivational coaching

· Faith-based mindset and empowerment coaching

· Spiritual development sessions

· Workshops and seminars

· Retreats and community events

· Speaking engagements

Article VI- Governance

1. The Association led by the founder, Khadijah Richardson, who shall serve as the Director.

2. The Director may appoint advisors or leaders to assist with their operations.

Article VII- Limitation of Liability

Members accept all services at their own risk and hold the association and its leadership harmless from all claims arising from their participation.

Article VIII-Dissolution

The Association may be dissolved by the director at any time, with written to all above active members.
